Thank you for your order. We want to make sure your BlastMate Pocket Blower reaches you quickly and safely.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times

Netherlands & Belgium: 2–4 business days
Rest of EU: 3–7 business days
Outside EU: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your shipment through the carrier's website.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
