Thank you for your order! We will ensure your BlastMate Pocket Blower arrives quickly and safely.
Processing Time
Ordered today = processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will automatically receive a track & trace link via email once your package is on its way.
Delivery Times
- Within the EU (including the Netherlands): typically 2–6 business days after shipment
- Outside the EU: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are indicative and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier circumstances.
Shipping Costs
Shipping within the EU is free. For orders outside the EU, any shipping costs will be shown at checkout. Import duties or local taxes outside the EU are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delay, Damage, or Loss
Is your package delayed, arrived damaged, or lost? Email us at info@blastmate.co with your order number — we will resolve it with a replacement or refund.
Address Change
Any error in your delivery address can be reported via info@blastmate.co until the moment of shipment.
