Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your BlastMate Pocket Blower. If something is not right, we are here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a return unless the item is covered by warranty.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original, unused condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@blastmate.co with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address. Do not send items back without first contacting us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at info@blastmate.co immediately so we can arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Warranty
The BlastMate Pocket Blower comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
EU Statutory Rights
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@blastmate.co within this period.
