We want you to be completely satisfied with your BlastMate Pocket Blower. If something isn't right, we'll fix it.
30-day money-back guarantee
You can return your order for a full refund or exchange up to 30 days after receipt. Additionally, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (EU consumer law) always applies.
Conditions
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Register your return in advance via info@blastmate.co with your order number — you will then receive the return address and instructions.
- Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the product is defective or we made a mistake; in that case, we will pay the shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified by email. After approval, we will refund the amount within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.
12-month warranty
Every device comes with a 12-month warranty against material and manufacturing defects, without prejudice to your statutory rights. In case of a defect, please contact us at info@blastmate.co — we will send a replacement or issue a refund. The warranty does not cover damage caused by drops, moisture, or improper use.
