We are the data controller for the personal data collected via this webshop. Our store is powered by Shopify.

What data we collect

  • Order and contact details: name, address, email address, phone number, and order details — necessary to process and deliver your order.
  • Payment details: payments are processed by Shopify's secure payment providers; we do not store any card or account details ourselves.
  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, and browsing behavior in our store, collected via cookies and similar technologies.

What we use your data for

  • Processing, shipping, and tracking your order (performance of the agreement);
  • Customer service and communication about your order;
  • Marketing and advertisements, only to the extent that you have given your consent via the cookie banner;
  • Fraud prevention and webshop security;
  • Complying with legal obligations (such as tax retention obligations).

With whom we share data

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with parties necessary to provide our services: Shopify (hosting and checkout), payment providers, carriers (for delivery), and — solely with your consent — advertising and analytics partners. Retention periods

We do not retain your data longer than necessary: order data for a maximum of 7 years (legal tax retention obligation), customer service correspondence for a maximum of 2 years, and marketing preferences until you withdraw your consent.

Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data, and the right to object to or request restriction of processing. You can always withdraw given consent. Email your request to info@blastmate.co — we will respond within 30 days. You can also adjust your advertising preferences via your privacy decisions.

Complaints

Are you not satisfied with how we handle your data? Please contact us. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
